Sugar Baby is an early season watermelon, coming to maturity approximately 75 days after germination. The small size of the fruits, and relatively short time to harvest, make Sugar Baby on of the easier varieties to cultivate.
Sugar Baby produces small sweet watermelons of about 20cm in diameter averaging 3.5 to 4.5 kg (8-10 lbs.) in weight, with sweet flavor red flesh, mottled with very few small, tan-black seeds and a light green rind with dark stripes.
Yellow Petite Watermelon
A very aromatic melon and just the right size to fit in the refrigerator. Delicious small icebox watermelon that ready to harvest in just over 2 months so they’re great for areas with a short growing season.
The plant produces good yields of 2-3 kilograms (5-7 pounds) round watermelons with light green rind and narrow dark green stripes. It has very sweet and delicious bright yellow flesh.
Blacktail Mountain Watermelon
70-75 Days. Blacktail mountain is one of the earliest watermelons we know of, superb for the north, but it also grows well in heat and drought.
Gorgeous green-black round fruits weigh 1.3 to 5.4kg (3-12 lbs) each. Deep scarlet flesh is super sweet, juicy, and crunchy. Perfect for short season areas; also does well in hot humid climates.
Yellow Baby Watermelon
